Why are the colours of different objects different?
Answer: Different objects have different colours. The colour of an opaque object is the colour of the light it reflects. Objects absorb light of other colours. If the object reflects all colours of white light, the object appears white. Again, if the object absorbs all colours of white light, the object appears black.
