Why does the balloon rise upwards?

If air is filled in a balloon and its mouth is kept downwards, why does the balloon rise upwards?

Answer: Air is filled in the balloon under high pressure and its mouth is opened and the air rushes out through the mouth downwards. It is an action. This causes a reaction force to act on the balloon. Because of that reverse reaction force, the balloon rises.
